Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all JSHealth tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-10 business days.
